Childbirth Education @ Mt. Alvernia
Mummy and Daddy enrolled for Childbirth Education at Mt. Alvernia's Hospital. I heard that this course will teach the new mummies what to eat, how to breatfeed, how to exercise, how to change diapers for baby, how to bathe baby ... etc.
