Here is Mummy during one of the Antenatal claases conducted by Mt. alvernia Hospital. This session is about how to perform simple exercis that can help in the actual delivery. Daddy told Mummy it is quite funny to see so many "Tua Pa Tor" (pregnant ladies) together doing pelvic floor exercise!
